Pine Crest Development Corporation

Pine Crest Development Corporation owns and operates Pine Crest Business Park. Located on busy Route 7 in Dover-Foxcroft, the Pine Crest Business Park occupies approximately sixty acres of land with twelve surveyed lots varying in size from 1 1/2 acres to 6 1/2 acres. Pine Crest a non-profit corporation administered by a ten member Board of Directors.

Building sites are permitted and available for immediate access to a prospective employer. The corporation has established criteria and covenants which must be adhered to by all occupants of this new facility.
